Women are in the minority in leadership

So here’s a short (59 second) introduction on why gender balance at the top of organisations matters to me.
Sometimes people say to me “but things are getting better”. Yes, they are. But they aren’t changing fast enough. We simply can not wait for gender parity to occur naturally - the World Economic Forum this year estimated we are still 99.5 years away from gender equality at current rates of change.
I want my daughter to experience gender equality in her lifetime. Not in her grandchildren’s lifetimes.
I’d love to hear why this topic is important to you.

Thank you for this video and the stats. As a mum of three children and two of those are daughters, the four generation stat really struck home. I agree with the positive rationale commercially for doing this, but the overriding and unapologetic reason is because gender equality is just right and the current situation is wrong. Thanks for all the work you are doing on this and I look forward to hearing more.
