Maintaining self esteem and reducing loneliness with in isolation
Tips of maintaining that self esteem six pack!
Ask at least 5 people (whose opinions you respect and trust) from different areas of your life (perhaps friends who you miss, family, colleagues), the following questions:
What one word or phrase describes me best?
What do you think is my greatest achievement?
What do you value most about me?
What one thing could I change for my own benefit?
What do you believe to be my greatest strength?
Perhaps you can do it too and have a video call to go through each others feedback? How nice would it be to have a deep conversation with the people you miss right now? Perhaps you could ask for the feedback to come via good ol' Royal Mail?!
Remember, maintaining self esteem takes work. It's like building a six pack!
