How to Express Your Emotions in a Healthy Way

We tend to ignore or repress our emotions because normally we are not taught what to do with them. If we suppress our emotions they might come up in the form of physical symptoms, so it is very important that we start accepting and managing them.

Some emotions are unpleasant (note that there aren't positive or negative emotions) and we prefer to block them instead of connecting with them and releasing them in a healthy way.
