How to create confidence in the face of uncertainty.
A serious confidence tip, presented in a fun way - from the shed! During lockdown an alternative 'studio' is required.
In this short piece, I talk about creating confidence at a point of uncertainty. Just enough confidence to do whatever is necessary and to provide space to reflect and plan the next single step. True confidence requires that you work in the moment and stay away from both the troubles of the past and worries about an uncertain future. Thinking about the next move is always conjecture. Build confidence for this moment.
Note:I know, from personal experience, that the steps towards confidence are never easy. As a coach, I am mindful to start by standing side by side with my client on what they perceive to be solid foundations for progress. Or I help them build those foundations brick by brick.
Best wishes - Pete

PSTs - Pete's Shed Tips - I googled "existentialist dread" & appreciated Peter desire to make a difference. My imagined rock face drawing with petons; will sadly be my first disappointment given my amateurish joyurnal drawings. I don't have a shed, so am stuck solo isolating for the month with one groceries trip. Thank you for caring.
