I would love to take you in this exercise to be able to tap in this energy of joy that you have in yourself and that is always at hand and that when you meditate or you just visualise that joy in yourself you’re able to use it in your life and expand it in whatever you do.
The soul that we are has infinite energy of joy because that’s how it is built, it’s built on love and joy and basically when it manifests here and creates an ego and goes into the world to create a life of success, basically we become more like warriors and we struggle to become really successful and we tend to forget to really be joyful in this life and we forget that the first goal of this life really is more about being joyful, enjoying life and being loving.... loving people and loving the life.
So I love to take you on that journey to really know that you are a being of joy in order to live the life of your dreams which means that everyday you feel that joy in your life.
I would like you to spend a few minutes with me on that exercise and I really believe the best is to write what we are going to try to find out because as you write it’s more powerful, it stays with you, the energy is really anchored in yourself.
So let’s just take a pen and a paper or just sit comfortably and allow yourself to think about the last experience in your memory that has the most joyful energy for you. Go in your memory and just remember, “wow, I was so happy on that day, when I was doing such and such”. So remember that activity remember that day remember the feeling of joy that you were having and in that moment just write down this experience and write about how you felt.
So this feeling of joy that is quite extreme and amazing is in you and this is really the essence of your being and this is what you are aiming for for the rest of your life. So stay with that feeling and keep it really dearly in yourself. And now go back to your life and look at everything you’re doing and take one activity that you like and expand your vision on that activity in order to feel this joy again. Let yourself write about how can I achieve that joy again. So I would love you take a paper and a pen and start this exercise by writing down your experience and your feelings.
