Bonjour, hello! I’m Karen Ruimy. I’m very happy today because I’m going to talk to you about ‘what is inner love?’ and how you really need to tap into your inner love.

We talked about the inner child last week and it’s also another process really, is to be able to understand that you have a source of love inside yourself and you need to really remember it and really use it in your day to day life in order to really face the world and also to listen to yourself. How can we get to it? Evidently I will tell you again that it’s through meditation, the meditation is always the best resource we have in order to tap into whatever is inside of us. I like also writing: I like any kind of art because when you do art when you sing, when you dance, when you create anything you really tap into your soul. And you tap into all the creative self that you are. And creativity is only pure love. So as you create you are really tapping into this inner love. So these are all the methods I would consider. But first I would like to talk also about what it means, because inner love maybe a bit vague or it maybe - maybe idealistic, but it’s not. Basically we are all souls who are living a human life and souls are made of pure love, it’s a pure energy of life of love, which are the same. When we manifest into this body we evidently live a human life and create a personality that I call the ego, to create a human life, to be part of the world to be part of relationship, of having a good job, success in life, etcetera, but we don’t base our life in the world on the capacity to love, love yourself, or love others, right? We rather believe to what is the thing that’s making me more successful so it’s more like a struggle than using your inner love. So first of all there is something in yourself that is believing. Believing in who you are and believing that you are a source of love. And again I think the meditation process is the best so when you meditate and you want to spend time with yourself in a quiet moment, you can feel that there is love for yourself there, there is listening to who you are and listening to who you are means loving yourself. That’s only one step but it is the more important really. So when you go to the meditation and you listen to your deep self, you will discover who you are. At that moment you will ask yourself “what are my dreams in my life?” “How can I try my dreams, how can I achieve my dreams, how can I create a life where I can express what I love to do". And that means all those questions are related to inner love. If you are able just to spend time on yourself about what the things that are making you happy, that, those things are just pure love of yourself. So you are able to create that inner love in a minute. And I think it is just a treasure you have in yourself and you really need to tap into it because the minute you’re going to give that inner love to yourself, you will just receive more energy from life because the soul is activating that energy. Why? Because whenever you are in joy you are just creating energy. So whenever you are realising your dreams you are joyful. There is no doubt about it. Tap into your inner love. Ask all those questions about the dreams. About what makes you joyful, what makes you hopeful, what makes you happy and also create wellbeing in yourself. All those questions are the sign of someone who wants to love the self. So I will really advise you to take everyday a moment to be able to give that love to yourself. Namaste.
