Based on the work of social psychologist Amy Cuddy and her 'power pose', this is a technique that my clients (and I!) use when we're feeling nervous, stressed, less than confident and, if we're honest, wondering how on earth we're going to do whatever it is that lies ahead.

I'd love to hear how it works for you.

If you'd like to learn more about it, and other tools and techniques for building confidence, you can join me for my small group Imposter Syndrome workshops in Marlow on Monday 4th November or Tuesday 19th November. Or if you live further afield, I'd love you to join me for my 4 week online group coaching course, Resilience Reboot - we start on Monday 4th November.
