4 Super Stretches For The Shower

There is always an opportunity for us to stretch and lengthen - why not in the shower!

In Canada we have a term - "Daily Active Living". In the UK we call this "Incidental Exercise".

Both mean taking the opportunity to be active through your daily practices.

These could be walking to work, gardening, taking the stairs to the office, carrying your groceries home etc.

What others do you think could be on this list?

I have been pondering making this video for you for ages! I often stand showering thinking...."People do this every day and may not realise they are doing dynamic (moving) stretches!". Every little bit we do adds up to valuable movement especially when one of our biggest modern barriers to exercise is time.

"Our bodies are meant to move."
