Our stress response is being triggered not just day to day but in the case of some people, second to second. This is understandably having an enormous impact on our long-term health. This is amazing - a revelation. There's a long story I could go into but to be honest it's very long so you will have to believe me when I say; this video was superb and meant a lot to someone who has had severe breathing difficulties. Thanks for the video.
