For a while all I was reading and hearing about was that we need to be positive ALL of the time.
That's a lot of pressure!
I get down days, most of us do and that's ok, which is why in this video I share how to lean into those down days so that you CAN turn them into something that is enjoyable.
I've learned that even my negative emotions bring me joy, which helps me turn them into something light and gives me back control of my day.
