No sitting still or clearing your mind required. Meet your best self, one breath at a time. I believe that anyone can meditate and that EVERYONE can benefit. So take a few minutes with me now to debunk these two common misconceptions that put most people off starting and developing a meditation practice - you definitely don't need to sit still and you're a super human if you can clear your mind! Meditation is a tool that has completely transformed my life. Let's see what gifts your own connection to your breath might have in store for you. It's all about finding freedom within the form and creating a practice that suits you as individual. I am confident that you will take some tools away with you that are applicable in every area of your life, for the rest of your life.
