Use this practice at home or the office for a sure fire way to feel fabulous!

No equipment or getting on the floor needed. Just you and a space where you can stand and bend.

Charlene guides you through this effective standing pilates sequence with great tips on how to hold your body.

Remember to keep breathing throughout, have your shoulder blades floating on your back, down away from your ears and abdominal muscles gently engaging. Feel long through the spinal column every time you stand up and be mindful of how your body feels as you move.

"Wonderful for abs, back and posture and lengthening up after being in bed or at your desk too long."

Can you think of ONE person who sits at their computer far too long and forward this video to them?

I bet they'll thank you for it!

Try it out yourself first and ask questions below in the comments.
