After reading a thread on Facebook this morning that kindly reminded me of the days I suffered with comparisonitis and how grateful I am that it's been a while since it reared it's ugly head, I wanted to quickly share my experiences with you and some thoughts on how you can avoid catching it too.
We compare our bodies, relationships, businesses and much more, but all this looking outside stops our growth on the inside.
I know that all it takes to snap out of it is the awareness that you're actually doing it. So if you've had a few comparisonitis sniffles of late, my hope is that this is the perfect remedy to bring you back to full health and your glorious self.
You are unique, precious one of a kind, no one can do what you do or BE who you are and that is AMAZING.
