Stop what you're doing!
In December I drove myself to the brink by taking on way too much and just expecting my body, mind and spirit to keep up. I pushed and pushed and pushed because that appeared to me to be the only way out. But when I finally gave myself the space to just be me, I saw my 'strong work ethic' for what it truly was. Is your schedule packed with obligations or things that light you up? Do those appointments spark dread or excitement? Find a balance. But really? Aim for joy. Just joy. Only joy. Do less. Be more. Because you really can do anything, but not everything. Brilliant! Such a simple yet important message for these times...
Thank you so much Emily!! Can't tell you how much I appreciate hearing that. It's a lesson I'm still working with as habits can be just as hard to unmake as to create!! x
I love this message. As someone who suffers from anxiety, it's so important to remember that all the weight is not on "you". That you don't have to "do something" else to fix things or whatever is bothering you. Simply just being is enough. Like the old Zen saying: Be here now. Thank you for the powerful message and for sharing your experiences.
I wish you the best of luck with this endeavor!!
This is brilliant Tanya!! Absolutely. And thank you so much. Just BE. Culturally I keep finding more and more that we are addicted to 'doing'. I know I certainly am. I didn't recognise it in myself until recently but what a revelation!! As Gabby Bernstein says "Your assignment will keep showing up until you show up for IT." Only love, Sian xo
Woohoo! This is so exciting - voted with pride!! LOVE YOU SUPERSTAR LADY! xxx
Love YOU. Thank you so so much for your ridiculously astounding inspiration!! xxx

Incredible. Xx
Great video :-).
This is a great video. Doing nothing in a world where there is too much of something (noise) is very hard but totally worth it. Thanks for a great video. I have bookmarked it:)
So much more real and to the point than 'mindfulness'. Inside is a self healing being that just needs the space to revive. Even a few breaths can be enough but sometimes it takes more doing nothing and then eventually we begin to revive
