Stop what you're doing!
In December I drove myself to the brink by taking on way too much and just expecting my body, mind and spirit to keep up. I pushed and pushed and pushed because that appeared to me to be the only way out. But when I finally gave myself the space to just be me, I saw my 'strong work ethic' for what it truly was. Is your schedule packed with obligations or things that light you up? Do those appointments spark dread or excitement? Find a balance. But really? Aim for joy. Just joy. Only joy. Do less. Be more. Because you really can do anything, but not everything.
