Taking small steps can make a big difference...

Hello to you and welcome to my Life Labs channel.  As you'll see, this is my video entry to become a Psychologies Ambassador.  I was hugely excited when Psychologies put a callout for Ambassadors last Autumn and knew I couldn't let the opportunity slip by.  I hope you enjoy it!  x

P.S. The whole "Winter is coming," quip made much more sense when I made the video last October...perhaps not so much as I post it in the middle of a heatwave. ;)
