In this short tutorial style class Bridget shows us some simple exercises for harnessing inner strength, energy and vitality. The class focuses upon the throat area, important for giving us a voice in the world as well as with the physical benefit of balancing the endocrine system. You will need a strap and some blankets for shoulder stand. A tough class, although suitable for all levels, if you experience any discomfort, please rest. Not suitable during pregnancy.
