Video - Month 3 - Relating review and exercise discussion

My Happiness Club met for the 3rd time last night and we spent most of the time reviewing relating. It seems that unless phones are used just for phone calls we should turn them off more! Be present too, that's the best way to relate to people. This video gives a quick round up of our evening, both of reviewing our month of relating and discussing the prospect of exercising more!

I am a Chartered Accountant for a Housing Association, who is a mum to 2 small children. I discovered Mindfulness in 2013 and this was a turning point for me to really be committed and present wherever I am. Life isn't as worrying as I used to think when I used to listen to all my 'what if' thoughts and I now feel braver and more confident.
