Kendall Deletes 68 Million Followers! Tips For Anxiety
As I was flicking through my copy of Grazia this morning, one of the headlines really caught my eye. Kendall Kardashian has deleted 68 million of her followers because she felt like she just needed a break. I know that not everyone will sympathise with the Kardashians and I also realise this might not be big news, however I totally got this and felt true compassion for her.
Have you ever felt like you've just wanted life to stop - that you've needed a break so much that you would just pack it all in? It's reported that she is feeling the pressure to fill the shoes of someone she doesn't want to be and although her circumstances might be unusual, I know that feeling this way isn't. Whether it's pressure from your parents to follow the right path, a societal pressure to be married and settled or an aesthetic pressure to have the perfect body, any pressure to be who we are not, can lead to us just chucking it all in.
When you're going through this you might think that your life is falling apart, when in fact, it's everything that you no longer need just falling away and that means that something far better is waiting around the corner for you.
In this video I explore why your wellbeing always comes first, even if it means letting people down. Join me to quickly explore the anxiety and pressure a lot of us feel to be MORE, have MORE and do MORE!
