Have you ever felt like you've just wanted life to stop - that you've needed a break so much that you would just pack it all in? In this video I explore why your wellbeing always comes first, even if it means letting people down. Join me to quickly explore the anxiety and pressure a lot of us feel to be MORE, have MORE and do MORE!
