Week 40 of The Great Wake Up is a week off, so we thought we'd introduce you to The Great Wake Up App!

Deliberately designed to minimise impact on the user’s day; a rewarding utility that provides the opportunity to effortlessly interact and play.

Introduce the Wake Up! app experiments into your life one by one over a period of a few days or dip in as feels right for you - ‘I will help a stranger every day’; ‘I won’t buy anything beyond food and water’; ‘On waking I will work out what is my one big thing of the day’…experiment, capture, analyse and share your own experiments amongst the Wake Up! app community’ When we tap into who we really are and learn how to get off autopilot consciously every day, we have a genuine opportunity to make sure that every day counts. Wake Up!

We cannot thank the Psychologies Magazine Life Labs blogging community enough for their unfaltering and absolutely invaluable input into this project. You have helped us make it happen!

The App is available to download on Thursday 29th September and we cannot wait to hear what you think, or better still, to see you on the community!

Author, speaker and founder Upping Your Elvis, Upping Your Elvis

Best selling author, speaker and business beatnik Chris Baréz Brown has a rather unusual view of the world in that he knows that everybody is perfect. As we grow, develop and socialise we can lose touch with that brilliance and often become somebody we’re not. Chris founded his Dorset based company Upping Your Elvis in 2009 to help people reconnect with their inner genius and once again become confident in being who they truly are. The Guardian recently described Chris as a long haired, twinkly eyed cross between Richard Branson and a wizard.
