Our Wake Up! challenge for week 5 is to stop and reflect. Throughout The Great Wake Up! we have built in weeks to have a break and ponder. In many cases these will coincide with school holidays but sometimes they are just weeks to live life in a more conscious way, hopefully utilising what you have learnt from previous exercises.
So take this week to think about what is going on in your life and the lives of those around you. What hopes do you have for the rest of the year? What is most important to you right now?
I would love to hear how you have got on with the first four experiments as well as anything you get from this week of reflection.
