There is no failure, there is only feedback.

Do you spend daydreaming to reach this goal and feel on top of the world?

Do you feel disheartened because you gave a try and it didn't work out?

Do you file this experience into your failed attempts or a learning experience? or maybe in both of them?

Let me tell you a wisdom bomb: there is no failure, there is only feedback. The definition of failure, as we learned it, is the definition who pushed all of us to be perfectionist and not tolerate a single mistake from us. This is hardcore. The problem is, we are human beings, not robots.

You are a work in progress, not a finished product.

Your body, your mind are evolving daily, how can you set the bar so high ?

I love Psychologies magazine because it shows you that performance and productivity glorified by our culture/society is a direct door to exhaustion and burnout and detrimental to your well-being. The key is to observe and make a honest assessment of your habits, behaviours, patterns to be brave enough to create change in your life.

The first key to do that is to start small. Always small, step by step to give time to your ego to adjust to it and let you lead the way. When you give a try and face any fear (false evidence appearing real), you open a door for a fresh start and new possibilities.

The second key is to do something different, not what you know but something outside of your comfort zone. It can be something small like try a new class at the gym, learn a new recipe, start to write a story. I would say, as long as this is something that it's truly different from your routine and choices, go for it. This is a direct door for change and it can only start with you.

Are you willing to start now?

With love, joy and trust
