New Intention, New Space For A Beautiful Start

Jan 08, 2018

January is the month where everything is starting over. Going back to work, new start, new journey, a new chapter of your life. What is new and really live is to set intentions for 2018 and not new or outdated resolutions.January is the perfect time to still reflect, slow down to get organised and choose consciously what are your desires/ what do you truly want to achieve this year. We can all feel that we are still in this transition time between starting 2018 and diving into it with renewed hope, light and confidence.

Let's set intentions not triggered by our ego but by our soul, soul based intentions. Yes, intentions to make us feel good inside. Intentions not created to respond to the validation of others.Real, beautiful and doable intentions which light you up and give you this instant boost to do everything in your power to achieve it. From this place of creation, set an intention in your professional, personal, physical, financial, spiritual and finally in your home life. By Home life, I am referring to what you would like to change in your home, in your environment to make you happy.

Imagine where you would like to be, to do for Valentine's Day, in Spring, in Summer, Autumn and Winter. Let your imagination, your creativity lead you where you dream to be, allow yourself to daydream to uncover your hidden desires.

Once you know what you want, look around you and ask yourself : Is your environment is empowering you to reach your desires? Do you feel supported by your home environment ? Because it is the perfect time, to create space, to give them this opportunity to materialise in your life. By decluttering your home step by step, you will create more space for your new intentions. You will see what you couldn't see before.

You can start by throwing or even better giving items that you do not use or items which do not bring you joy anymore. It is really easy to keep things in our home because we used to see them in our living room or bedroom at the same place for years, it's really easy.

What is simple and manageable is to look around you and look at your environment by being an observer to change your perception and truly see what no longer serves you. It is placing yourself in a state of observation as well as curiosity to truly change your home environment. I did it yesterday and I felt so refreshed, peaceful and motivated by the way I created space in my home that I decided to do it more often.

So, enjoy January to rest, reflect. Set new intentions and bring small changes to your home step by step. You will start the year happy, motivated and with added zest in your life.
