Challenge yourself to get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable
I've just got back from holiday, a trip that I decided would be full of fitness challenges rather than lying on a beach and drinking cocktails (to be fair I did that too). My most favourite challenge was the 20 mile bike ride I did. Not only had a not ridden since I was about 14, I’d been run over a few years back so cycling beside cars scared the hell out of me.
