We are delighted to announce a collaboration between theHow To Academy andHead Talkson a series of events on Mental Health and Wellbeing. The first event is on Sunday October 1st in West London and we would really like you to join us.
WHERE: The Tabernacle, 35 Powis Square (off Portobello Road), London W11 2AY
COST: Free Book here.
About the event:
Hear the inspiring story, featured on Channel 4'sMan on the Bridge. Jonny Benjamin was ready to throw himself off London Bridge until a stranger, Neil Laybourn, stopped and talked him out of it. This event has led to a remarkable bond between the two, who are now active mental health campaigners.
Charlotte Reed was hit by depression at a young age, and found healing in drawing and illustrations. A passer-by visiting her stall at Portobello Market was so impressed, she was offered a book deal (the result isMay the Thoughts be With You) and her story is being made into a Hollywood movie.
How to book:
Places are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so we recommend youbook now. This event is FREE, though donations are very welcome and can be added at the time of booking.
