Polish your posture
These two superb side stretches will improve your posture in no time!
Many of us sit at our desks most of our working week. This position is a largely flexed forward position.
To improve our posture and feel more open it is vital we add movements such as extensions, rotations and side flexions to our daily healthy practices.
Here I show you two superb side stretches to promote better posture & neck/shoulder mobility.
I invite you to practice these either in the morning after your shower or evening just before bed. As you do the movements be sure to gently engage your abdominal muscles. Do 10-12 each side.
