About Anthony McSherry

I practise privately and in the NHS as a psychotherapist. I am interested in the practise of psychotherapy informed by implications from phenomenology and psychoanalysis. I am a full member of the UKCP, registered as a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, Existential-Analytical Psychotherapist, and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I completed my PhD in 2018 - exploring the nature of the therapeutic through the lens of mental health nursing.
