Each of us went through something in life that we are not proud of. It could have been an experience we don’t want to remember, it could have been a decision we made and we don’t want to be reminded of. If you still find yourself cringing when you think about this, it means that you have unfinished business with the past.
Regardless of how happy we learnt or have chosen to be, we are all facing moments, periods or spells of sadness, sorrow and melancholy, without naming the strongest emotions. Being a human involves experiencing life. And what I mean by that is life in its purest form, when we confront it passionately, full on, encountering a wide range of sensations and feelings.
The second key on the route to happiness is to RELATE; with our loved ones we take it for granted, often without even noticing the feelings we encounter, with strangers we tend to forget about the lovely trait that openness offers...
