What do you cherish now?
We're living the same experience. Sounds a bit crazy, right? But this is the truth.
One day or another, we'll experience the same spectrum of fears, emotions and thoughts.
And despite it, this experience is unique to YOU.
The way you'll navigate yourself during this difficult time is your only map.
What's different is this time, we're all in this together. Our actions have an impact on everyone. And this is a question of personal responsibility.
Having no GPS or crystal ball to predict the future is scary. However, we have a second chance.
Starting a Spring Cleaning in our Mindset and Wellbeing department to create some awesomeness.
I don't know about you, but I'm spending my time to declutter, organise, strategise, communicate and love fiercely my loved ones every day.
This is my new normal, and I accepted it.
I feel grounded, good and feel privileged. I can't prevent myself from thinking about all these essential workers who are doing a fantastic job for all of us.
That's why I pray, meditate, learn and move more (love boxing!) and adjust to this new rhythm of life.
Stop running and start living.
It's SO refreshing, soothing and peaceful.
Do you feel it too?
And I see the ugly head of my fears pop up very quickly. Or I hear Mr Ego trying to be the captain of my life.
I may trip, listen to a moment, but I zap them. How? By making another choice, and I connect to my positive vibes again. Just the beauty of the sunset, feeling the sun on my skin or a cuddle with my daughter makes me feel good.
All these little moments make all the difference. I cherish them more than anything.
