It's crazy the way my mind is producing thoughts. I'm not awake that I'm thinking about a ton of things to do.
It's like my mind is on autopilot and scroll through a to-do list on its own.

This is the red light that I need a break, a proper, solid break and meditation more often than usual.

It is to REST when you fully understand/ grasp the surprising benefits of non-action. Yes, I said it, doing nothing "the dolce farniente" like they say in Italy is good, it's a must, and it is necessary.
I don't believe that being busy will give you a badge of honour, to the contrary, it will provide you with a direct ticket to Overwhelmed and Burnout City, particularly when you're so entrenched in this busyness mode that you can't stop yourself.
Everything starts with a single mindset shift.
