♦ Create your focused plan for making the move you want and take a step forward every day

To really prevent you jumping from the frying pan into the fire though it helps to get clear on what would make a decision the wrong decision?

I'd suggest capturing, through writing and/or images, all the really positive and negative experiences you have had in your career to date, as well as how you want your new job to support and fit into your lifestyle.

Your reflections should help identify the core wants and don't wants you can use as criteria to benchmark possible opportunities against.
