Let me spill the beans: after reading a chapter of Marie Forleo book, I made this decision and did it straight away. I didn't stay in my head, hesitate or procrastinate.
I did it.
I removed all the notifications on my mobile. Sounds simple, I know but when I did it, I was horrified by the number of notifications I let pop up on my mobile daily. It was crazy!!
Hold on a minute; this was just the start of an incredible week. I also dived into another book, and I learned to surrender with a capital S.
I experienced listening to Mr Ego and my intuition without negative self-talk, self-doubt, and defensiveness.
It was so peaceful to step back, observe and accept the way it is without fighting.
These two changes transformed my days like nothing before.
