Don’t be a lazy lover!

Dear friends,

How much time do you put into creating a “Pleasure Garden” to connect with your partner intimately?

When we get stressed and busy, it’s easy to slack on our relationships, expecting our partners to understand if we are a little disconnected. Sex can become a habit and we get stuck in the same rut.

Tantra teaches us that we need to put as much mindfulness into our sensuality as every other area of our lives, to heighten the ritual into a lila, “love play”.

Sting was once interviewed and said he had tantric sex for many hours with his wife. Curious people ask me all the time how they can do that.

Well, it begins with the breath.

This week’s video I give you 1 easy way to stay passionate and make your love making more connected, passionate and intense.

1. Take a yoga class together (it’s really sexy!)
2. Take the slow, deep rhythmic breath home to your love making

What is the Sexy Darth Vader?
Ujaii breath
wikipedia:
Ujjayi breathing is a breath technique employed in a variety of Taoist and Yoga practices. In relation to Yoga, it is sometimes called “the ocean breath”. Unlike some other forms ofpranayama, the ujjayi breath is typically done in association with asana practice.

To practice:
Tighten the back of your throat and take long, slow, deep breaths through your nose
This will create a hissing sound like waves in the ocean, or as I affectionately like to call it, “Sexy Darth Vader”.
Benefits: For love making, this special breathing technique builds more fire in the body while simultaneously making you relaxed and calm.
The secret to extending your pleasure and being able to make love with your partner longer is to be able to increase arousal and relaxation at the same time.
