Three daily questions

There are three questions which are really lovely to ask yourself at the end of each day. They are great to use on your own, but even better to use as a couple or as a family:

  1. What were your favourite things about today?
  2. What are you thankful for right now?
  3. What are you looking forward to for tomorrow?

Both the process of seeking for your answers, and the savouring of what you come up with, cause you to release feel good hormones.

We could all do with some appreciative moments just now, so why not bless yourself and those you love with these questions each day during lockdown?
