This week's assignment was simply to reflect upon our progress so far - and it seems to be going fairly well.

The crux of this assignment came this evening when, rather than gluing myself to the TV or busying myself with YouTube or Facebook, I took advantage of the lightly warm spring evening and sat outside in my garden, with a book and my iPod (Imogen Heap mainly because I'm a sucker for ethereal electropop).

It gave me the chance to reflect on the way that these experiments have continued to change my life, in small ways - I've started carving out more and more pockets of time for myself, to sit and reflect and cultivate something inside of myself. I've begun to enjoy nature like I did as a child. My sleep is getting better and deeper - I'm even finding myself drifting off to sleep quicker and more naturally (normally I might use sleep aids every night, but this is changing to at least 2/3 nights a week without needing to - or falling asleep before I remember to).

I can't say as to whether or not these experiments will impact upon me for the rest of my life - no one can - but right now... I'm in a really good place and I'm excited to see where the future of these experiments take me and my fellow bloggers...
