This week was a recharger of a week off, hence the slightly shorter content this time around...

Following the Easter break and the end of the dreaded cold, I was able to assess how the experiments are affecting me so far. By and large, I'm pretty happy with the results - big takeaways have been the intuition of knowing when I need to sleep, rather than trying to push myself into staying awake or working longer, and being able to slow down and appreciate the little things a lot more.

There are still times when I feel like I need a deep recharge - maybe a three-month hibernation? - but those are becoming less common and the more I acclimate myself into a daily sleep and work routine, as well as recommencing exercise, I'm feeling better.

And now... to week 16.
