I'm sending out an S.O.S.

My Blue Monday & the BIG Shiny Object Syndrome debate. If, like many, you have reached this glorious predetermined day, where goals have slipped, gym attendance declined, credit card bills killed your MoJo and Storm Brendan ruined your running routine, then you are not alone.

SOS -things that glitter in the distance, too much social media noise, email alerts offering discount, the latest quiz to discover which Star Wars character you'd be, zombie scrolling, Netflix, a new Insta post, a notification on Facebook or another LIKE from some complete random!

That’s a pretty varied list and I could fill several pages with things that take our attention away from the now. Up until recently I have suffered terribly from SOS, which has delayed the success of my business, getting stuff done around the home and that never ending feeling of overwhelm.

If you are reading this and thinking ‘Yes, that’s ME’ I just may have the solution for you.

Do you want to feel less overwhelmed?

Do you want to feel in control of your direction? Your weekly tasks? Your next steps? Your mind!?

Do you want to do less over thinking and take more action?

If you have reached Blue Monday thinking that something needs to change, that getting help setting goals and simplifying your life needs to be a priority, then look no further.

I meet many, many people who belong to the SOS club and as an ex-member I have used my experience to design and create processes to help ‘get stuff done’. Using a combination of coaching techniques, mindset and NLP to help you become master of your own destiny.

Once the procrastinator and now the Action Woman, I want you to imagine living a life where overwhelm and anxiety are a thing of the past.

Whether in life or in your own business I would urge you to book a free discover ME call and I can show you how I can help beat ‘the shiny object syndrome’ once and for all.

What's the big deal with Blue Monday? Join me in viewing this day differently. What do you associate with the colour blue? Can you visualise blue skies and a turquoise sea? Calming, soothing and tranquil. Now that's the way to start the day!
