Wake Up Week 13 - Reflection time

The Great Wake Up! is a series of 40 fun experiments during the course of 2016, to help you find the time and energy to make your life a brighter and more fulfilling place. In essence, a strategy for life liberation! By breaking routines and experimenting with new, we force ourselves to become more conscious. Join The Great Wake Up! for all 40 experiments as they unfold or take your pick from what feels right for you... BUT be sensible and don't try anything which will put you at risk. We can't promise that these experiments will work for you and don't take responsibility for the outcomes. It is all down to you!

We are taking another week off from our experiment in week 13.

Stop and reflect.

Take some time to think about how the experiments are working for you. Perhaps start thinking about conducting your own experiment. If you do so then I would love to hear about them. Mail hello@barez-brown.com

If you were able to take part in the 3 March experiments then we would appreciate 5 minutes of your time to complete a short survey. This way we will learn more about how the experiments work. https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/TGWU_March

We also have surveys' for the January and February experiments so if you are keen to feedback on those as well mail hello@barez-brown.com and we can send you the links.

The experiment for week 14 will be posted here on Thursday 24th so do come back then!

Keep waking up…

Hugest love

Chris xx

Author, speaker and founder Upping Your Elvis, Upping Your Elvis

Best selling author, speaker and business beatnik Chris Baréz Brown has a rather unusual view of the world in that he knows that everybody is perfect. As we grow, develop and socialise we can lose touch with that brilliance and often become somebody we’re not. Chris founded his Dorset based company Upping Your Elvis in 2009 to help people reconnect with their inner genius and once again become confident in being who they truly are. The Guardian recently described Chris as a long haired, twinkly eyed cross between Richard Branson and a wizard.
