If we can't see or feel the ground breaking change in our lives, it can sometimes feel like we're just not doing enough.
I want to remind you that the opportunity to create ground breaking change is available to us ALL on a day to day basis. In fact you're probably already doing it, you just haven't realised.
The important thing to remember is that it's all of the little steps we take each day that create life changing results.

For example, if you're trying to change the way you think to a more positive, supportive and kind mindset, it takes time and it more often than not it doesn't happen overnight [you can always be the exception].
Personal growth is most often a slow but sure process that includes gradual awareness, effort and persistence, repeated on a daily basis.
These are my four steps that help me change my negative behaviour into positive behaviour, which then helps me create the life I want.

- Correct yourself
- Forgive yourself
- Accept yourself
EAT - SLEEP - REPEAT
Then one day, in the future, you casually say to a friend...
"You know it's interesting, I noticed the other day that I don't beat myself up about not being good enough anymore"
As cool as a cucumber, no song and dance or ground breaking revelations, because the most radical change already took place, each day, in all of the little steps you took.
The key to success is consistency and not giving up.
