Just a short one this week as a week or rest and reflection following the previous few weeks. The past few experiments have been great and have allowed me to shift my perspective of how I live and what I can do to make my life a little easier, a little more enjoyable, and even a bit more balanced.

Changes I've noticed in myself over the past eight weeks: I've started moving my bedtime back by 15 minute slots and feel much better for the little bit of extra added sleep. I've allowed myself to stop checking my phone every chance I get and don't get my phone out in public dinners. I still eat junk food sometimes, but I'm eating fruit and home-cooked food more.

Is this revolutionary? Not quite, but it is important and... good. I like making myself better, more balanced and more centered. I'll stumble on the way but it's great to sleep more and move more and still enjoy chocolate without feeling guilty.

Now, time for bed. I'm enjoying my sleep too much to sacrifice it...
