It's time to proactively start living the life you want guys!

Whether you know exactly what you want or you have no freaking clue, you gotta start putting one foot in front of the other and make it happen.

Time is the one thing you can never make more of or get back once you've used it. You can't store it up and spend it later, every day counts.

I'm in a pretty interesting position right now whereby I used to be the person who had no idea what she wanted to do and felt lost, stuck and confused, just knowing that she didn't want to keep doing what she was doing.

Now I'm the person who knows exactly what she wants and takes action towards it every single day. I have goals and dreams and while I'm super driven and determined, there are times when I have to deal with those thoughts of, "What if this doesn't work? Or, Why hasn't this happened yet?"

The former version of me didn't know what step to take, I felt well and truly stuck in a rut, worried that whichever direction I chose may somehow end in disaster so I stayed stuck in my risk assessment anxiety.

The latter version of me has a huge vision and everyday I do mindset work to root into my brain that this big vision is mine, it's done, it's happening. I feel it, I repeat it, I believe it and I make empowering decisions and take massive aligned action from that place in order to create it.

But then something will happen, usually it's something I want to do that will cost money, something that is totally in alignment with the big vision version of me but something that current "reality" version of me doesn't have the funds for and it brings me way back down to a level that I don't want to be playing at anymore.

In both of these scenarios it's tough to know what to do because there's so much conflict and confusion swirling around in my brain, but I can tell you from experience that the longer you stay still the worse it gets.

Essentially what I'm telling you here is that whether you know what you want and come up against challenges or if you hate how confused you are about your life and direction, you've gotta keep going.

If you don't know what you want to do simply start doing what you enjoy. It may not be what you want to do forever but things start to show up as long as you go along. You come across awesome people and opportunities that you otherwise wouldn’t have if you had stayed still and stuck.

You don't have to see the whole staircase, just the first step. Clarity comes from taking action, so take that action, listen to your intuition and keep following what makes you happy.

No one said you had to have it all figured out before you start, and if they did they're lying.

If you have a goal and you’re taking action but you're coming up against challenges and limiting beliefs, it's time to really turn up the heat.

Remember why you're doing what you're doing.

Why do you want the thing you're working towards?

How is you showing up and going for your dreams not only going to benefit you but other people too?

This is where you get to acknowledge the challenge and the feelings that come up but choose to believe and focus on the version of you who you want to be.

Keep going, keep affirming the empowering beliefs and keep taking the actions that are available to you to take.

Don't beat yourself up if you're not able to invest at the level you want to yet. Look at all your options, see if what's holding you back is fear.

If fear is the culprit then you can choose to move through it, find the courage and the conviction in yourself and your beliefs and just freaking go for it.

If what’s holding you back is that it feels reckless at this stage then thats ok too. Honour your journey and celebrate where you’re at and the progress you’re making.

Do what you can from where you are, with what you have. Stretch and challenge yourself but take the damn pressure off!
