It's easy to forget the good things in life and dwell on the not so good things. That's human nature, in some ways. So, I'm sending a 'wake up' challenge specifically to anyone who started the Great Wake Up journey, to the people who sent the initial e-mail requesting they be part of the experiment, to the people who signed up for it in the first place. 

The challenge is to go back to the beginning of Chris's original experiments. Back to the days when wake up was new and fresh and a time when your optimism was sky high. Back to the time when simple challenges landed on your doorstep every week and you found the time and energy to do them.

Look through your early posts and find a challenge that either worked for you that you haven't done for a while or find one that you just couldn't do and retry it with the aim to get better results this time.

Remembering what you forgot about 'wake up' should have a positive effect on your well-being and give you a bounce. More importantly it might reignite your enthusiasm for 'wake up'. Because people, Wake Up is a GREAT thing to have in your life.

I'm off to find a new tree to climb. Then again I might share the love.

I'm glad to know you're still there. It would be a lonely journey not knowing you're about. I also know there's other's on the galleon, somewhere. Maybe it's all an elaborate game of hide and seek. Maybe it's time for them to come out into the light and wake up. I'd love people to get half of what I got from Wake Up then they'd be a few more people happy in life and not living on auto-pilot. I live in hope - yeah-yeah! Thanks for being there.
