For this wake up challenge, I would like you to pick up a recipe , from a magazine, on line, a tv program or even something you may have in a cook book at home that you have never attempted. It doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive, maybe just a soup or a smoothie. Pick a day when you can go shopping for the ingredients, smell them, feel them. Set yourself some time to cook without pressure and enjoy the process of chopping, stirring, kneading. Lay the table make it look pretty maybe use some bowls or plates or cups you don’t normally use, and sit down either alone or with someone and enjoy your meal mindfully. See what you notice, the taste, the texture and tell me how you felt?
