For the forth experiment of The Great Wake up's second year I suggest a Simple Power pose.

A power pose is when we position our bodies in a certain way to portray a non verbal message of power such as how a boxer may puff out his chest to show how confident and ready they are to win.

Before you walk into any room or come into contact with any person open your mouth as wide as you can, do this a few times and walk in with a natural smile.

With this simple act people may perceive us as being warmer and more approachable but maybe even you will feel happier too.

A Great Wake Up Champion!. A Chronically indecisive worrier. A Painfully forgetful dreamer. A self deprecating over thinker and a rather untidy perfectionist, but with all the luck of The Irish and A Champion all the same!

What a great challenge, Sarah-Kate! I've been practising this (on-and-off, when I remember...) since I saw this TEDTalk https://www.ted.com/talks/amy_cuddy_your_body_language_shapes_who_you_are
Thanks for the timely reminder!
