A bit of weekend rapping anyone? This is a cool article. Very cool. 50 Cent, who is not too small in the rapping/music world, is expounding the complexity of yoga :) Yesterday, he appeared on Harry Connick Jr.’s talk show. The rapper said about hot yoga, “I thought I was going to stretch in a sauna, just stretch and have a good time". He went on to talk about how yoga is far more complex than this and how the yoga session he attended has given him a lot of respect for those who engage in the practice.

50 Cent is sadly not alone in his misconception of yoga being 'just stretching'. He is happily also not alone in his experience of yoga as being so much richer than a simple stretching session once people take the leap and give it a go.

Have a very wonderful weekend everyone :)
