Happy Sunday everyone. It was a wonderful first day at the British Wheel of Yoga Festival yesterday and lovely to see so many of you there. I am speaking again today, with the title of my talk being; The challenge of surrender to the present moment: Employing the wisdom of yoga for those suffering with mental health conditions (asana, pranayama, theory). I hope very much to see you there later and to have the opportunity to chat with you more about this topic and answer any of your queries about and the broader work of the Minded Institute and our compassionate approach to offering yoga therapy to people with physical and mental health conditions.
