I am so happy I bought this course and I can't believe that I am following it every single day. As I am in the most difficult time of my life with a toddler and a baby and I feel so tired and sore at night, this course relaxes me completely, stretches my sore muscles, helps me breath and reconnect with my body. I will do it again and again. I must say the teacher is amazing because she is explaining properly and she chose some very good poses, nothing too tiring or too long, just enough to feel rejuvenated and calm again.
