We have been challenging the amazing Life Labs Bloggers and Psychologies readers to try a raft of different activities for almost a year now and the results have been fantastic. None of it would have been possible without their dedicated blogging and feedback. So a huge thank you.

83% of the experiments were deemed to have a positive impact.

96% of participants said that they felt happier as a result of taking part.

92% would strongly recommend trying Wake Up! to their friends and family.

These are results that I am deeply proud of. Although I was convinced of the value of Wake Up! you can never be truly certain of how others will benefit, but they have, beyond my wildest dreams.

Wake Up! the App has landed and is available to download for free today. It can support you every day in doing new things to escape autopilot and to share with your friends about what has worked for you and it’s impact. Wake Up! the book is launching on December 1st and is a thing of beauty; an interactive journal for those who want to understand the insight behind the experiments and learn how to be conscious everyday.

What we have learnt from our brilliant team of Wake Up! bloggers and Psychologies readers is that not only do small steps reap great rewards but there is also a great benefit to doing these experiments with others; noticing moments of consciousness when they happen spontaneously. By doing so we become more attuned to them and therefore they happen more often in everyday life.

The Wake Up! possibilities are endless, I am very, very excited!

Thank you Psychologies, for helping make my Wake Up! dreams come true.

If you want to get involved with our new app for The Great Wake Up, you can download it here.

Author, speaker and founder Upping Your Elvis, Upping Your Elvis

Best selling author, speaker and business beatnik Chris Baréz Brown has a rather unusual view of the world in that he knows that everybody is perfect. As we grow, develop and socialise we can lose touch with that brilliance and often become somebody we’re not. Chris founded his Dorset based company Upping Your Elvis in 2009 to help people reconnect with their inner genius and once again become confident in being who they truly are. The Guardian recently described Chris as a long haired, twinkly eyed cross between Richard Branson and a wizard.

As one of the Wake Up! bloggers, I can say (at least for me) that it's been a real joy and privilege to have taken part in these challenges. It's given me more than I can articulate and helped me move forward in my life. Read our experiments, check out Chris' book, and download the app. You won't regret it, I promise.
